1. Log into Mathseeds as the Subscription Coordinator
2. Click on the ‘Management’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Select ‘Manage Students’ from the list
4. You will see a section called “Add a new student” at the top of the page. Complete the following fields:
– First Name
– Last Name
– Select Class from the dropdown list
(Only select if classes have already been created, otherwise, leave blank)
– Select Year from the dropdown list
5. Click on the ‘Go’ button

Note: We have the capability to move a student’s Mathseeds profile over from their previous school. The following information is required to do this:

– First Name
– Last Name
– Name of previous school
– Class/teacher to which the student will be assigned to
