Mathseeds / Fast Phonics Access via iPad

Some schools may experience trouble accessing Mathseeds or Fast Phonics on iPads.
This is not a product issue, but rather related to the NSW Department of Education (DoE) pre-authentication requirements.

What You May See

When trying to access the program, you might see this message:

“Hmm, we’re having trouble loading this page.”

Workaround Steps
Follow these steps on the iPad:

1. Open Safari on the iPad.
2. Go to detnsw.net.
3. Log in using the student's or teacher's NSW DoE account.
4. Select “Start browsing internet.”
5. Switch to Mathseeds or Fast Phonics.
6. Press Refresh to reload the page.

Important Reminder:
Mathseeds, Fast Phonics, and Reading Eggs are approved programs under the NSW Department of Education Online Learning Tools panel.
